There is NO contract! Sign up and discontinue at any time, so long as you abide by our cancellation policy.

One 30-minute piano or singing lesson is $25.

One 60-minute piano or singing lesson is $50.

One artist development lesson is $60, or $660 for the entire 11-week curriculum.

Paypal or e-transfer is the preferred method of payment. Cash is unfortunately not accepted.

Students can pay for a number of lessons upfront, or they can pay on a weekly basis. This will be decided during your free consultation with Jenn.

Piano students will be asked to purchase the recommended books and/or sheet music to assist them with their learning. Those who are interested in registering for examinations will have to pay a registration fee.

Piano students are expected to have a properly tuned piano with a damper pedal at home.

Vocal students interested in pop, rock, country, theate, or rap music will not have to purchase books or sheet music. Classical singing students will be required to purchase books to assist them with their learning.

Those enrolled in the artist development program will not have any additional fees.

If you have to miss a lesson, please notify Jenn at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson. Once you do, Jenn will happily reschedule your lesson or issue a refund if that's what you'd prefer.

Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not be rescheduled and no refunds will be given.

If you have purchased a package of lessons upfront but would like to discontinue, that's totally fine. You will receive a refund for the remaining lessons. However, please keep in mind that Jenn requires at least 24 hours of notice in order to issue a refund.

For example, if you have a lesson scheduled on Thursday evening and decide to discontinue 2 hours before that scheduled lesson, you will not receive refund for that specific lesson. You will however receive a refund for the remaining lessons you paid for.
